So what’s Turn of the Century dining? Filipino dishes that pay respect to tradition but moves forward with a unique twist, just like the Monroy Pizza – laing topping with bits of shrimp and chilies on a fresh-baked pizza crust. Don’t fight the temptation and get their Manok ng Diablo – spicy fried chicken; or the Paella Negra – a twist on the usual Paella with Adobong Pusit and Baboy with pineapples. Make sure you ordered rice, lots of it because the Crispy Binagoongan is a flavor bomb with crunchy fried pork belly with binagoongan sauce.
